We have four different Healthy Nibbles boxes, created to suit individual dietary requirements and lifestyles including gluten free, paleo, vegan and original.
When you buy from Healthy Nibbles you can be assured that every product has been checked by our nutritionist, who ensures they’re ‘clean’, free-from nasties, taste delicious and meet the Healthy Nibbles Nutritional Standard:

These snacks are gluten-free, wheat-free and free from oats, rye and barley. Many products included within the Gluten Free box are registered with the Coeliac Society.
Our Paleo boxes do not include grains, dairy, legumes, vegetable oils or refined sugar.
Our plant-based Vegan range avoids all animal foods such as meat, dairy, eggs, with many products being registered by the Vegan Society.
The general wellbeing Healthy Nibbles range are for those people who choose to eat a 'clean' diet, but do not have any specific dietary requirements.
What can I expect in the box?
Each of the boxes are tailored to suit different dietary requirements and lifestyles including gluten free, paleo, vegan and our original Healthy Nibbles snacks. We stock an exciting variety of brands, many of which are from artisan food producers, including drinks, sweet and savoury snacks. The snacks comprise of fruit bars, chocolate (only the ones free from refined sugars!), biltong, seeds, popcorn, seaweed, healthy crisps, raw bars….essentially lots of goodies to give you boundless energy and keep hunger at bay.
Am I able to choose what products go in the box?
For our subscription boxes the weekly and monthly menu changes with every box – you have to admit, it all adds to the wonderful surprise. If however, you have any specific requests, send us an email and we will see what we can do to accommodate; firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I buy a Healthy Nibbles box as a gift?
Absolutely – Healthy Nibbles boxes make wonderful gifts and our hampers come gift wrapped with a message card. During the order process simply add the recipient’s name in the ‘Shipping’ section. In addition, if you would like a personalised card, please email the message to email@example.com
How much does it cost for delivery?
The price of Healthy Nibbles boxes includes postage and packaging within Mainland UK. If you require a box to be sent outside of the UK, please get in touch firstname.lastname@example.org
When will I receive my box?
This depends on when you order a box and whether you order a one-off box or a subscription. Our weekly and monthly subscription boxes are sent out on a Friday via Royal Mail 48 hour service. This means you are likely to receive your box on a Monday or Tuesday, however for more remote areas this could take slightly longer. Our weekly order cut-off time is Thursday 5pm to ensure your box is dispatched the same week.
One-off boxes are sent out within 48 hours of receiving the order, via Royal Mail 48 hour service.
Does the Healthy Nibbles box fit through the letterbox?
We have three different sized Healthy Nibbles boxes. Our Mini box has been designed specifically to fit through standard UK letterbox.
For all other boxes you will need to have someone at home, or in the office to receive the box. If it is likely that you are not going to be in, please let us know in the ‘order notes’ section of the checkout page, a safe place for the postman to leave it.
What happens if I have not received my box?
If you have not received your box by the Thursday of the week it is due, please get in touch. We will ensure our trusty team gets this sorted for you as soon as we can. Please email email@example.com
Where can I find information about my subscriptions?
To view your subscriptions and orders simply go to ‘My Account’. Here you will see your subscriptions and orders. You will be able to cancel, suspend and change delivery address.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you want to take a break from receiving your Healthy Nibbles box, simply log in to ‘My Account’ and click cancel. However if you are going on holiday or just wanting to take a short break, then there is the option to suspend your subscription.
When do I get billed for my box?
You will be charged for your first box once you have placed an order. If you have chosen a weekly or monthly subscription, you will then be charged for subsequent boxes exactly one week or month later. For a one off box, you will be charged once you have placed your order and your box will then be sent out the following Friday.
How can I change my credit/debit card information?
In ‘My Account’ you will see your subscriptions. Click the button ‘Change payment method’ and enter your new payment details.
Is your website secure?
Shopping with Healthy Nibbles is safe and secure. We use Stripe to process all payments. All you need to do is enter your credit/debit card details and then press ‘Place Order’. All card details are stored securely on Stripe’s servers. We do not hold any card information. Our checkout page is secured with an SSL certificate provided by Shopify using industry standard 128 bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by large banks to keep your information secure.
