The Healthy Nibbles Solution

A healthy snack box is a great way of delivering the right message in terms of office wellbeing and employee rewards. Wellbeing perks result in higher morale, greater levels of productivity, and enhanced communication between team members.

With the wellbeing of their employees of great importance, Lacoste tasked Healthy Nibbles with the provision of healthy snacks across all UK stores.

How Healthy Nibbles Helped

As the COVID-19 restrictions for retailers started to ease, as a ‘thank you’ to the employees of Lacoste, the company wanted to welcome the teams back to work with some wellness perks.

Lacoste wanted to place emphasis on employee engagement and team building, and decided that Healthy Nibbles were the right people to help them achieve this goal. In supplying staff with nutritious and delicious snacks in the staffroom, employees enjoy communicating with each other over breaks, whilst contact outside of the team is minimised. Employees no longer have to nip out for a quick snack, and can instead help themselves to the wide range of healthy options available in the workplace.

The snack options were tailored to Lacoste’s preferences to suit the dietary requirements of staff.

Results, Return on Investment and Future Plans

Lacoste has proved to be committed to employee health and wellbeing by providing healthy snacks in the workplace. Office snacks are a great way to see teamwork results, as snack time draws people to a communal area in which communication skills can be developed and enhanced.  In the times of COVID-19, office snacks are a great way of helping to protect employees by minimising the need to leave the workplace.
